You are part of the organizing committee, your duties will be to meet once every month, selecting a church or venue where the “Friday Night of Change” will be held and publication of the event to all churches. Last, get the guest speakers, guest artist from drama, poetry, musicians, so and many more to minister on this special night of prayer.

BELIEVERS GATHERING PARTNERING CHURCH BENEFITS AND REQUESTS

Partnering church benefits
As a Church Partner, your church will:
• Have your name listed on the brochure / flyers and it would be announcement in all gathering of Believers events;
• Be supporting and making visible an event that offers helpful spiritual formation and discipleship teaching to your church and Christians from around the world;
• Be collaborating with other congregations and organizations of like-mind and like-purpose and different Christian traditions and denominations;
• Receive partnership Certificate
• When the “Night of Change” is hosted in your church, you will be in charge of all the souls won at that meeting and more so you will be receive half of the offering collected that night.

Partnering church requests
As a Church Partner, we ask that your congregation:
• send a letter of support from the Senior/Lead Pastor to the Gathering of Believers (Night of Change)
• And also your church tenant of faith as an expression of Christian faith and practice;
• pray for the preparations of the Night of Change, through existing prayer networks, and establish new prayer efforts within and between the-affiliated organizations;
• encourage members to attend by announcing the gathering of Believers( Night of Change)  in sermons, placing and distributing event flyers, promoting the Night of Change in newsletters and on websites, sending email blasts, etc.;
• encourage other individuals and organizations that you are involved with (pastor or denominational meetings, other Christian leaders that you know, etc.) to become involved with the gathering of Believers.
• Appoint  Your Partnership contact Person—Partner contacts receive news, promotional items, and other information from the Gathering of Believers Committee and report on progress, build enthusiasm, and spearhead promotions in their own churches;
• support the Gathering of Believers financially—through donation(s) to the event budget and providing moral support to your members who would like to attend.
