PREPARATION:

1. An organizing committee to be established, for various departments.
2. Organize Choirs, properly rehearse for these meeting.
3.   Weekly corporate prayer by church leaders should be initiated for God’s blessings and guidance for these Gathering.
4. A team of Prayer Intercessors be formed and be trained and instructed on how to assist the Pastor during the “Night of change”.
5. All logistics/ transportations for those who need transports to come to the venue are planned in advance.
6. A follow up Committee be established so that all visitors and those who come for these program can be registered and followed up for Cell meetings and church attendance in future.

 PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES

1. Distribution of flyers, bulletins to homes, offices and people on the street.
2. Distributing flyers and inviting friends and families.
3. Flyers/ bulletins should be hand handed and with some explanation instead of just dumping into letter boxes.
4. May be good to spend one week end at the designation centre to distribute the bulletins/ flyers.
5. Bulletins/ flyers may need some Spanish and other languages important key points.

For those with emails contacts , we can mass email our friends, colleagues, and emails with attachments of the flyers/ bulletins and inform them about the ”The Night of Change” and request them to invite those who need healings, deliverance, breakthrough  to come to this Believers Gathering..
